Day 58 of 60 today, makes me nervous and super excited at the same time. The truth is that I am well aware that people can have amazing success for a time, then once the big push is over they end up slipping back, or dissolving back, to old habits and therefore the old health. I am aware that likely the hardest work is still to come, over the next few years as I work hard to continue these new better choices and turn them into ingrained habits.

-Breakfast: blueberries, half breakfast sandwich
-Lunch: mixed fruit, small piece soy jerky
-Dinner(shared with my bff Rach): spinach/kale/broccoli/celery/apple juice

– I didn’t work out today
– I nearly lapped my water consumption (meaning drank twice my daily goal)
– I juiced
– I surpassed my nightly sleep goal last night

So that’s day 58. Wooo!
